We've partnered with Transformational Church Assessment to develop a Healthy Church Assessment. This assessment includes questions to help you survey your church within The Acts 2 Process.

The assessment tool is more than just a survey. It helps you create a systematic way to lead a church through the process, gives you ideas, logos, communication tools, and technical assistance.

The cost of the assessment is based on your average weekly attendance. Please be advised that you will be directed from this site to the Transformational Church website to finalize your purchase.
