Overview
Spread the Fire: Spirit Baptism in Today's Culture
by Scott Wilson and John Bates
Today’s church is hungry for supernatural moves of God. This invigorating book invites pastors
and
church leaders to a new level of training, teaching, and modeling Spirit-filled living.
Diligent
leaders already address vital topics like forgiveness, integrity, reaching the lost, and more,
but
the need is for these same leaders to weave teaching about the baptism in the Holy Spirit into
daily
church life. Leaders ignite the flame by sharing testimonies of tongues, signs and wonders,
prophecy, and other divine moves of God. Church services and board meetings can incorporate
prayer
in the Spirit and an invitation to testify. On the day of Pentecost, tongues of fire fell in
Spirit
baptism. Let leaders today reclaim a Spirit-empowered church.
