2. How can I receive my account balance information?
Please call Customer Relations Toll Free in the U.S. at (855)-642-2011 and have your account number handy. We will endeavor to have this information online in the future.

4. Do you carry any other religious products (Jewish, etc.)?

No. It is the mission of MyHealthyChurch.com to provide high quality, affordable, Christian products to help you fulfill Jesus' command to go and make disciples.

5. Is it safe to use my credit card number online?
It is reasonably safe to use your credit card number online for making purchases. When an order is placed, we offer the use of a secure server to protect customer information. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts the information you input before you send it to us. 6. How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery within the continental US. However, we offer customers several choices for shipping options,including next day service. See also Shipping Information

7. Where can I find an out-of-print book?
My Healthy Church does not keep out-of-print books. Once a book reaches out-of-print status and our supply is depleted, it is removed from our database.

You may apply for a retail store account with My Healthy Church by emailing your request to Trade. We will send you the appropriate forms to complete.

14. Can you ship orders overseas?

Yes. Shipping and handling charges will be applied. Foreign orders will be billed actual shipping.

15. Why are my items not showing up in my shopping cart?
For you to use MyHealthyChurch.com your browser must be set to accept cookies. If cookies are not allowed, the store cannot maintain your shopping cart and will be unable to identify you from page to page and through the checkout process.
