Meet the Author
Michael Neale is a Dove Award-winning songwriter, worship leader and national
influencing a generation of worshipers and creators in the local church. His mission is to
people experience God through songs and stories. Michael and his wife, Leah, live in Plano,
their three children.
Dr. Vernon M. Whaley is director of the Center for Worship and chairman of the
department of Music and Worship Studies at Liberty University. He is also president of Integra
Music Group and author of such books as Understanding Music and Worship in the Local
Church and Called to Worship.
