Leonce Crump (17 minutes)
Leonce is the lead planter and pastor of Renovation Church. In 2006 he felt called to plant a church and through prayerful seeking of direction settled on the under-served area of downtown Atlanta. In early 2008 he and his wife moved to Atlanta from Tennessee to begin the process of planting Renovation Church, and in 2009 Leonce was assessed and approved as a member of the Acts 29 church planting network. Renovation Church launched publicly on January 16, 2011 and since have baptized nearly eighty new Christians, and grown significantly. He serves on the board of the Acts 29 Network.

Noemi Chavez (17 minutes)
Noemi Chavez was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. She is married to Joshua Chavez and has two awesome boys. Noemi co- pastors 7th Street Church in Long Beach, CA. She has a heart for Latinos and is committed to raising up the next generation to serve the future of the church and their communities. Noemi is also a conference speaker and is on the leadership for 30 under 40 in Long Beach, investing in leaders in the city.

Dudley Rutherford (17 minutes)
Dudley is the author of God Has an App for That! and senior pastor of Shepherd of the Hills Church, which the mayor of Los Angeles has called “the most racially diverse church in Los Angeles.” Today, 10,000 people attend one of 20 different worship services each weekend throughout the Los Angeles area, including four daughter churches and four satellite campuses. Dudley was the president of the 2011 North American Christian Convention and had the honor of speaking at the memorial service for UCLA legend John Wooden in 2010. Dudley has filled in as host for the Frank Pastore show on KKLA-FM, the most listened to Christian talk radio station in the United States. He is also the founder of CallOnJesus.com and Dream of Destiny.org—a ministry designed to foster ethnic diversity within the Christian Church.

Efrem Smith (17 minutes)
Efrem Smith is an internationally recognized leader who uses motivational speaking and preaching to equip people for a life of transformation. He also consults on issues of multi-ethnicity, leadership, and community development for churches, educational institutions, and other organizations. He served as Founding Pastor of The Sanctuary Covenant Church and President of The Sanctuary Community Development Corporation in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Currently, Efrem is the Superintendent of the Pacific Southwest Conference of the Evangelical Covenant Church. In this role he provides leadership to around 160 churches and other ministry initiatives in California, Arizona, Hawaii, Nevada, and Utah. He is the author of the books, Raising-up Young Heroes and The Hip Hop Church.
